Did a playable build exist? Absolutely. Multiple ones. In 2013, an alpha build for the Nintendo GameCube (of all platforms) leaked. In 2020, a 2004 Xbox development disc surfaced, loaded with functional levels. If you have ever scrolled through a "Vaporware
