There is no official QElectroTech app for Android. QElectroTech is a desktop application (Windows, Linux, macOS) for creating electrical schematics and diagrams.
If you need mobile electrical CAD, switch to a web-based tool like Scheme-it (DigiKey) or CircuitLab (mobile browser) instead of trying to force QElectroTech onto Android. qelectrotech android
