Scroll down and tap System (or Backup & Reset depending on Android version).
A: That’s Factory Reset Protection (FRP) . You must enter the last Google account that was synced on the phone before the reset. If you can’t remember it, SAFARICOM customer service may help with a proof of purchase. Need more help? Use the Volume Down button again to highlight Factory data reset and press Power to confirm.
Select Erase all data (factory reset) .
Tap Reset Phone or Reset Tablet .
Open Settings .
