How To Hard Reset Kodak Ektra 🔔
Press the Power button to reboot the phone.
A hard reset will erase ALL data from your KODAK Ektra. This includes photos, videos (unless backed up to an SD card), contacts, text messages, app data, and personalized settings. The phone will return to the exact state it was in when you first turned it on.
Use the Volume Down button to navigate down to the option that says: wipe data/factory reset

Press the Power button once to select that option.
Tap ERASE EVERYTHING to confirm.

Before proceeding, please back up any important data to your Google account, an external SD card, or a computer. This is the recommended method if you can still unlock your phone and navigate the menus.
Open the App Drawer (swipe up from the bottom of the home screen) and tap the Settings app (the gear icon).
After a few seconds, the device will boot into Recovery Mode (a black screen with small blue, yellow, or white text). The phone will return to the exact state
Unlock your KODAK Ektra.
Tap Reset options (may also be labeled "Backup & reset" depending on your Android version).
Tap RESET PHONE or RESET TABLET .
Use Volume Down again to highlight: Yes -- delete all user data
Press and hold the Power button to turn the phone off completely. If it’s frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10–15 seconds until it powers down.
