This paper critically analyzes the claimed functionalities of these tools, investigates their operational mechanisms, and assesses their compliance with Facebook’s terms of service and user privacy regulations. Findings indicate that while these tools promise anonymity and access to high-resolution images without login credentials, the majority exaggerate their capabilities, often engaging in deceptive practices such as data harvesting or malware distribution. The paper concludes that no legitimate online viewer can bypass Facebook’s authentication protocols without violating platform policies or user consent.
