Arjun grabbed theirs. “Easy,” he whispered. He plugged it in, opened ‘This PC,’ and double-clicked the installer in three seconds.

“The second software,” Mr. Sharma handed her a different USB drive. “This is a simple calculator tool. Install it. Then uninstall it. No help.”

Mr. Sharma walked around, dropping a blue USB drive on each desk. “Begin.” class 9 ict practical software installation

She exhaled.

Arjun’s smile faded. He slid his chair back. Riya’s heart hammered. Arjun grabbed theirs

“That’s it. Now uninstall.”

“It won’t. It’s just software.”

For a second, nothing happened. Then Riya turned to Mr. Sharma. He nodded once. “Good. You didn’t just follow steps. You understood them.”

The software vanished.

Arjun opened the Control Panel → Programs and Features . He found Notepad++ in the list, right-clicked, and selected Uninstall . Another wizard appeared. He clicked Uninstall again, and within seconds, the software was gone.
