This is a very common issue with AnyDesk. The error "Error de conexión, por favor comprueba la conexión a internet" (Connection error, please check your internet connection) usually appears even when your browser works fine.
Settings → Connection → “Use relay server” (toggle ON) This bypasses direct UDP connections and uses AnyDesk's public relays – slower but works on strict networks. Open CMD as Administrator and run:
